Seeking a secure, intelligent man with a sense of humor for companionship and sharing of life's many opportunities, challenges and fun. Especially fun - gotta laugh, yes, NEED to laugh! Do I want a soul-mate? Sure, who doesn't but rather than sound like a cliche, I'd like to find someone who "gets" me and with whom I feel safe to be vulnerable and vice-versa. I have been a strong athlete all my life, 4th place F winner of two 1/2 Ironman races (granted a few years ago!) and still run about 3-5 miles/day with my 95 pound golden retriever to maintain fitness. I have a Master's Degree in Theatre (my real passion is the arts but one has to earn a living, yes?) which I got after a detour in my life called law school for 2 years. I embarked on a Fast Track MBA program and completed one year of 2 that I hope, no plan, to finish before I die! My film credit "claim to fame" includes a small role in "He Said/She Said" with Kevin Bacon in the early 90's, along with commercials and industrial films. Most of my REAL career's been in non-profit marketing or fundraising altho I have a real estate license I occasionally find useful. I am adventurous, (been told provocative!), love a good challenge and love to meet new people. I guess I am gregarious. Lived in the Cayman Islands (3 years), Vero Beach, FL,(1) Denver, CO. (6), Salt Lake City, UT (1), Hyde Park, NY,(1) NYC, NY,(twice briefly), Concord,NH(1)and Lancaster, PA (last 10) where I grew up. I think I am ready for a major life change! I travel whenever I can (been to Alaska sea kayaking & grizzley-viewing on the salmon runs, Greece, Turkey, Italy, Peru, Costa Rica, most of Europe, Hawaii, Denmark, Sweden) and hope to do more when I retire, esp exotic places like South Pacific islands, New Zealand, more of S. America and Africa. Life is too short to not pack a lot in, not laugh or sweat the small stuff! Oh yeah, I do go to church and struggle with my spirituality a LOT but won't hold it against you if you don't. Organized religion and churches have issues, just like people - my faith is not about church. I like to learn other points of view about everything - it helps clarify my beliefs and values and certainly improves communication.

It depends on the person - most likely go somewhere where we can talk and get to know one another perhaps over a meal, glass of beer/ wine or coffee.
