OK, here is my second attempt at this (a little more heartfelt and a guess I had a lot more to say).

I am a brown haired (when I was younger it was blond), blued eyed nice looking man. I'm in great shape for my age (physical fitness will be a priority for me as long as I am able), very active, athletic, educated, intelligent, compassionate, passionate, emotionally present, spiritually conscious, lover of life who considers life a gift not to be wasted or taken for granted. I am young at heart and enjoy having fun and I suspect I always will (emphasis on having fun). I have enjoyed a good measure of success in life but my life is not dominated by work. I am very spiritual but not very religious, although I believe there are common threads of truth in all major religions. I believe in the inherent goodness of people and that we should never surrender our dreams, they remind us of what is possible. Life isn't something to be endured but rather to be enjoyed and savored. I am flexible and open to trying new things (within reason). I like to have fun and be active but I also enjoy quiet moments, intimate conversations and connecting with the special person in my life. I enjoy people and life in general and have a very positive outlook on life. I like to laugh and feel at ease with people who can do the same. I am a conscious man and need to feel a connection with a women emotionally and spiritually for a meaningful relationship to develop. I'm not into games or one night stands and I don't believe in forcing things. Honesty, loyalty and integrity are all values I hold very dear.

I believe you can tell a lot about someone by knowing what kind of books they read. If all of this seems too serious, it is not intended to be. It is simply meant to prevent us from wasting time. How much can you really know about someone from what they write in a profile or from the pictures they post on a website. In the realm of internet dating a guess that's where everything starts.
