About Me
Just checking it out to see who's around... what do you call that? Dude surfing... ha ha. Okay, a little bit of info in no particular order... I work in the arts. I like to be outside and active most of the time. Getting out of the city as much as possible is a priority, as is traveling in general. Moved here for the ocean and mountains a few years ago. I'm still in awe of how beautiful it is, every single day. Bit of a nature nerd. I grew up on a farm. I have an over-active imagination as well as a ridiculous and occasionally dark sense of humour, (which may be taken as immaturity but I'm okay with that). I gravitate toward people who live passionately and with a lot of humour. It doesn't matter what you do it's how you do it! My work schedule is sometimes hectic and I love it - when it comes to free time I make the most of it. That includes both getting out and just kickin' it at home. I don't watch TV but watch a lot of film. Can't live without music. Playful and a bit of a smartass. Not into bars/clubs (unless to check out music/dj's). Love to entertain and cook for friends. I have an amazing family and awesome friends who are a huge part of my life. I'm pretty outgoing - although I do have bouts of shyness, especially when I first meet someone I like...
If you can build or grow things yourself and have a deep appreciation for life and everything surrounding you, much respect. Not so into people who are negative, lazy or settle for whatever comes their way in life. This applies to all aspects of it, not just work. I'm drawn to people who want to grow and evolve, who want more out of life, always. To be socially responsible and effect positive change in whatever way you can is cool, even if it's just in your own backyard. Integrity and kindness are sexy. I love to be around someone I can learn from and who respects the life that I've made for myself... and is okay with the fact that I'll probably laugh when you wipe out or fall off your bike before I ask if you're okay... I apologize in advance.
There is no denying that it's all about chemistry and connection. I'm into conversation and hanging out... anything that evolves naturally beyond that is written in the stars... ;)
