I'm lucky in that who I am is integrated into my professional life. I love the work I do--I love my job. As Confucius said "if you find a job you love, you'll never have to work another day of your life." This is true for me. I love learning--it keeps me young. I'm a Christian woman who is focused on staying in alignment with spirituality, integrity and compassion; I'm not always successful, yet always aware when I stray from my path. I dabble in Zen. I'm well-grounded and know who I am--I like who I am. I don't play games, and I love to smile.

The major part of my work centers on active listening; thus, I'm a good listener. The consequence of this skill is that I can be quiet, and it may take some time to truly know me. Yet, I love deep conversation, so this can help speed things up. As relationship unfolds, you'll discover a woman who's eccentric and conventional, spunky and contemplative, energetic and peaceful, passionate and easygoing. And, my sense of humor ranges from "Invader Zim" to "Fargo." I'm equally comfortable sitting in front of a fire reading, exploring downtown Seattle, and being out in nature.

I've been divorced for many years now. These past years have been spent focusing on personal growth, college, and raising my two daughters. I'm now ready to cultivate an intimate relationship. I don't enjoy dating a lot of different men, yet realize that it's a necessity. I'm well aware that I'm not a "one size fits all" woman; I'm not for everybody. I am who I am and I know what I want. I want a man who is capable of participating fully in a relationship. Eventually, I plan on focusing on one man, taking it slow and steady, building intimacy, producing passion that will last a lifetime.
