Does that kind of love still exist in the world? I want to discover it with that one special woman with whom I can someday share my life. I love life and I like being independent, but all the same I want to share my life and my time and grow old with someone special. I still believe in "Forever". Are you out there?

I am 46 (yes, I look like my picture). I've been divorced (my choice) for several years. I'm kind of shy until I get to know someone, but I warm up quickly to new friends and I have an irrepressible sense of humor. I love to laugh and have fun.

I have a job that I like with an investment (mutual fund) company. I'm a big movie buff; I like going out to the movies and enjoy watching classic movies at home. I enjoy going out to dinner and/or to the theatre or dancing. I enjoy roller skating and try to get to the gym on a regular basis. Photography is another favorite hobby. I love music and I love to sing. I like Italian and Chinese food. I'm just as happy staying home as I am going out.

I am a large man (no surprises!), but I try to be as active as possible and I strive for a healthier lifestyle, including healthy eating habits and regular exercise. I have seen positive results in that pursuit and I look forward to more success in my efforts.

If you're still with me...I'm very affectionate and I'm an incurable romantic. Little things are important, like holding hands, a smile, a phone call or a note--just because. I make time for the things that are important to me, including the woman in my life, and the same should be true in return. I'm strictly a one-woman man, I'm not looking for casual relationships or one-nighters, and I don't play games because it's not right and because someone's heart is involved (yours and mine).

I don’t want to rush things; a solid foundation is important.
