I have been widowed for 5 years and am looking for someone to love, to be understanding, confident in their life, intelligent, great sense of humor, caring and respect - love others as thyself. I love classical and the oldies and am one of the founders of the Ticonderoga Festival Guild. I have served on several Boards in the community such as the Local Hosptial and Nursing home, International Kiwanis, my Church, Professional Women's Club,Board of the Ticonderoga Chamber of Commerce and its President, at one time, and many others, but am slowly getting off so the younger generation can serve our area well. I operate my own real estate and insurance insurance firm in the beautiful Adirondacks on Lake George and Lake Champlain and live, alone, in a large brick colonial home bult in 1828. I work becasue I love people and interacting with them, but can go anywhere at a moment's notice.

I would love to go to an intimate place for dinner, holding hands across the table and being able to talk to each other - about what you like in life and what you expect from the person you may eventually fall in love with. I love to travel,barbeque with friends, listen to oldies and classicals and am very generous to people in need. I have no children of my own, but have stepchildren, whom I love as my own, but are some distance from me so I don't see them often..
