Age 25. Industrial designer working in the Detroit area. I like to cook(especially with friends), read(currently, Neil Gaiman), write(short stories, or descriptive sketches), watch movies(most recently watched Royal Tennanbalms for the 100th time), listen to music(too much to list, though I am a little obessesed with the latest Eagles CD), sketch(anything). I'm into photography, art, cars, and pretty much anything having to do with design. Furniture and architecture. I play soccer, ski, and like to run - so I keep fit(er than I would be if I didn't do those things). I like being outdoors(just camped at South Manitou Island, it was amazing). My friends are my family(as my family lives in PA) and most weekends you'll find me with them. I perfer dark beer to light and Bourbon to wiskey. I drive a station wagon by choice and have taken it to the track. I just bought a classic BMW which is a riot to drive. I love Downtown Detroit and try to spend as much time there as possible.

I am looking for a woman who is confident and creative. Someone is somewhat successful in life and isn't sitting around waiting for something to happen. Someone with aspirations. Other than that - surprise me!

First dates. Well there are a few options to consider depending on what you are interested in. There is a great live Jazz club in Ann Arbor that I like to go to. Going downtown Detroit is also fun. Could hit Second City or a show. Also, make sure to hit the DIA or the Conservitory on Belle Isle.

Also, just a simple cup of coffee and good conversation can make a pleasent night.
