I'm very thoughtful, loving, caring, and passionate. I enjoy being close, snuggling and all of the joy that great chemistry brings. I am a loyal friend, love to laugh and enjoy all that life has to offer. Some things I enjoy are: going for a run, working out at the gym, scuba diving, traveling, movies, concerts, reading, and volunteering. Getting away for fun weekends is always a great plan.

I am crazy about running and belong to a running club. I also run marathons -- I don't need you to run marathons, but it would be fun if you are supportive. I get great satisfaction out of setting and reaching goals for fitness and professional pursuits. I live a healthy lifestyle and appreciate a partner who does the same. I like helping other people attain their fitness goals through personal training and lifestyle coaching; I am very proud of my published book chronicling my personal fitness journey.
