I am a funny and creative chef who moved to the Valley just over a year ago. I have many ambitions and goals while I make the Island my new home. Among them are to climb a mountain(s), buy a Kayak (to go with my canoe), own property, and have a great time. I am also an avid painter, and sculpter, as well as budding sound engineer, and amateur campfire guitar player. As a chef on the Island I am learning quite allot in my spare time about farming, hunting/gathering, brewing beer, and making wines, ciders and so much more.
