In addition to all that, I recently made a career switch (computers > RN) and I'm back in school and chasing a second Bachelor's degree. It's a huge time commitment, but when I'm not involved with it, I love to have fun. So I really value and respect my free time. You never know what you have until it's gone, right? But I really am loving it so far.

I'm here because I'd like to find someone to spend some of that free time with. Whether it's as friends or something more, it doesn't matter to me. It'd be nice to find the something more, but I'm not expecting it or really seeking it out right now. If it happens, great. If not, I have other things I can do. Like photography, hiking, road trips, grilling in the backyard, or target shooting. And if that's not enough, I'm sure that I could think of a few other things like SCUBA diving.

I'm outgoing, so if you're shy, I'm probably not a good fit. I own my own house, don't have any roommates or pets, and I'm kinda down about the pets thing, because I would love a dog. Physically, I'm just big and tall. Being 6'6" doesn't let you hide many places. And I'm doing my best to get in better shape, and my mountain bike and weights are helping. If I'd known it was going to be so much work, I'd have eaten more salads when I was in my 20's. Heh. That being said, I'm a foodie and eat meat, so hopefully you'll eat meat too. I've tried dating vegetarians and it has just never worked out.

And while I'm a fan of complete sentences and proper grammar, I love a good LOL-cat. Yes, I know, I'm a hypocrite. Musically, I'm into everything from classical and rap to the blues and rock. I'm really not into Norwegian death metal or anything that could double as elevator music. Sorry, it's just who I am.

So, if you're looking for someone who's funny, real, and can admit when they're wrong, drop me a line. Because the only relationship I'm in is with my schoolbooks. And that's got to change. ;)
