WORK IN PROGRESS -
I go the gym regularly and enjoy most sports but not a fanatic. I eat "wisely" but eat foods that I enjoy (sushi, steak, seafood, fresh vegetables, breads, BIG Macs, etc). I enjoy cooking but enjoy dinning out as well. Eating healthy will not make you live longer.... it will just feel longer. Some say I have a dry sense of humor that can take some getting used to but you will have to be the judge.

I am originally from the east coast but have spent more time in Ontario, so not sure what that makes me anymore. I have no family in the Ottawa area, but a few friends.... My kids live with their mother a few hours away which has added quite a few miles to my car over the years.

I am gainfully employed and for the most part enjoy my job. I have travelled a fair amount over the years (not so much lately) for work mainly in Asia and some point I would like to go back, if not Asia some place warm. I am spring, summer, fall person. I can tolerate the winter by snowboarding, skating, etc but could just as easily do without it. Me and the bank own a home and I am slowly finishing the basement and soon to add on to the deck.

I enjoy my life and the flexibility that I have, but like everyone else sometimes feel that something is missing. Hard to explain without rambling. I will add more later..................
