About me...mostly I wish to share that, for now, I am focusing on the poetry forum, rather than the dating side of the site.

landing softly in you
energy passing through
an invisible pulse
stirring your soul
nothing to hold onto
so nothing to let go

another poem to share, written two years ago when I first found my way here...
indeed we are so many
on this crazy site
the fish of plenty
that does connect humanity
with a bit of insanity :)
some are friendly,
others will have a go
at practically anybody!
most wishing to find somebody
who might be free
and good company
or maybe
show some compatibility
to stay in harmony....
meet for coffee or tea
take a walk by the sea
feel the energy
and serenity
just to be
and see
the beauty
that's all around
to be found
outside and internally
of you and me....
the part that
connects us all
with each other
and
eternity
First Date
I have thought of first dates here more as first meets...casual walks and talks by the water appeal most to me...better in warmer weather!
So, perhaps I'll post another of my poetic meanderings....
we are
the mirror
the observer
and the reflection
all pondering creation
and in the pondering
we are creating
for who's to say
anything exists
before we ponder it?
perhaps imagination
and our fascination
brings realisation
in a world
where illusion often
causes confusion
yet a spinning crystal
catching the light
will delight
as the dancing
rainbow prism
brings elation
and if an autumn leaf
appears in your path
painted strokes of fire
stops you in your tracks
such exquisite beauty
contained in the tiny leaf
seems beyond belief
as the energy of our imagination
released in all creation
returns to the reflection
for we are the mirror
the observer
and the observation

Therein placing his hand, creating a vision of two magnetic souls, and the mystery of the great dance formed an aura, bringing us together in the bonds of friendship. The drum beats in the words and distance between hearts, but never separates the energy. She is a beautiful lady, a beautiful spirit, and a beautiful soul. She possesses an air of mystery, an aura of fragility, and a tender heart. She is a dear friend who I love and respect with all my heart. My dearest D., I wish you well in your journey, and all the happiness you so richly deserve. |

 | “We" is one of the most caring and compassionate people I have ever met. Her words (and from what I can tell), her actions exude a sense of hope that is rare in our world. And it isn't naivete'; she is reasonably practical and has a sense of humor. In many ways, I see her as the Ying to my Yang (yang's the dark part, right?). If life were more linear, I wouldn't be telling you this and would be trying to beat you to her.
