Wow, I'm almost never speechless! But here goes. I'm moving to the Boulder area soon and would love to make some new friends! I'm your typical nice Italian Catholic girl and would love to find a hiking buddy who'd come over for a nice carb-y Italian dinner and a funny movie afterwards. (Oh, and please love big sloppy Labs. Are there any other kind?) If you like "Mystery Diagnosis", that's a huge plus ;) I have a great sense of humor, including about myself, so if you laugh about me gasping for air I'll laugh too, once you pick me up off the ground. (Ability to administer first aid also a plus.) I'm also in training to run the Boulder Backroads Marathon in September and could use some local support. Come on, drop me a line! Well, I'm just here for friends, but if I had to plan a first date, I'd probably pack a nice picnic lunch and head somewhere for a light hike and a chat. Nothing too strenuous, since heavy breathing on a date shouldn't come from a turned ankle ;) I think it would be harder to be nervous if you were moving along and talking, rather than sitting across from each other at a table somewhere. A friendly dog is always a nice ice-breaker. Anyone truly offended by the occasional doggy kiss probably wouldn't be much fun to hang out with, anyway!
