Hello, my name is Dawn. I am 39 years old, I have two children, one is 20 and she lives on her own in Jacksonville and then I have a son who just turned 18 and he lives with me. They are both very awesome and mature kids. I live in St. Augustine and have lived here for close to 7 years now. I love it here! I am one of the few people in life that can honestly say they love their job, so I am very fortunate that way. I am recently divorced and I am happier now than I have ever been and I am looking for new friends. I am looking for someone that has a positive outlook on life and is a good person on the inside. I am pretty much always laughing now - I am very rarely unhappy - if at all, even on my bad days, lol. I am one of those "glass half full people". Life is what you make of it. I love to dance, even though I am probably not that good at it. I love music, all kinds, and when I say all kinds of music I mean all kinds! I like to sing. I am an awesome cook! You name it and if I don't know how to make it I will learn how! Working out is a new passion of mine, I have been trying all kinds of different types of exercise. I am really enjoying pilates and I always love riding my bike. I tried tennis but I think I need a professional teacher for that to work - lol. I have been on a few dates and most have been fun but some wanted to move way too fast. I want to take things as they come and not rush anything, see what happens you know? I find a man attractive because of "who" he is more than what he looks like, but I also appreciate it when a man is honest about his appearance. What I mean is - your picture should look like you - so if we meet I do recognize you when I see you.

P.S. I prefer not to try a long distance relationship so I would like to keep it within 50 miles. Also, no smokers please, even if you just smoke "socially". It’s been my experience that a “social” smoker is just in denial that they “are an all of the time” smoker.
First Date
I think where ever we go, it should be a public place but coffee, drinks or maybe even a walk through downtown St. Augustine is nice. The point is to be able to talk and get to know one another.
