I am looking for that very special girl that can put up with me. I am not going to tell you how great I am, however I will tell you that I am a single dad. I don't need anyone to complete my life, grow old with, make me whole, or make me happy. I have made many mistakes in life that I regret and wish I could undo some of the hurts that I have caused, but I can't. I am content with my life and don't need anyone to love me to make my happy. Only I can do that, and I don't wish to put that pressure on anyone. I have come to realize that LOVE is a decision and not some emotional act. If I decide to love someone it will be because I have decided that is what I want and desire to do, and not because they love me. I did not learn this overnight, and unfortunately this realization as been somewhat painful. I am not religious as religion is boreing and unfulfilling. I do however have a wonderful relationship with the Creator of the Universe and have been translated into the world of His Son. No this is not New Age or some cult. I have 2 daughters ages 15 and 11 that I have custody but are living with their mother at this time (long story) I have not dated much because I don't like the bar scene. I do however drink a beer or glass of wine on occassion. I live in the country in East Texas (about 60 miles from Dallas). The sweet lady that gets involved with me would have to be very understanding, because lets face it, I am just a Man, however I do like to have fun. I love football (Go Cowboys), basketball, casinos, relaxing, and travel.
