Activities: Soccer (I'm playing in a tourney in Hawaii in 2010 - SO I have to be fit) Gym (lots), running, jogging, walking, (speed and agility stuff too..I teach that..so I have to practice) - trails, lakes etc. Wide and varied…from martial arts to tai chi to yoga to drawing/sketching (winter: x-country ski, skidoo)

Ambition: To not be on here too long (schhmmmurrg lol)

Animals: Adore them. Total dog lover. Currently my dog (big lab/chow cross) is with my family – miss him terribly

Character: Driven, passionate, get results (daft as a brush my mum says lol) – bit of a psycho, but really nice with it. (Hey, least I’m honest)

Children: I have two - One boy 11, one girl 14. Love them to pieces – they currently live with their mum

Humour: Mostly dry. It’s a Scottish thing :) - see the funny side in most things…it’s a short life ..or so they tell me

Married: Um, not currently. Did it twice before. Practice makes perfect:) lol

Movies: I love going to the cinema or watching something with a partner at home

Music: All the time – mostly UK indie…enjoy going to concerts..saw a whole lot in the Europe...festivals are fun too (I've actually co-ordinated a couple of large ones.....phew)

Profession: Have done just about everything. Particularly due to my travels (had to eat). Right now, I'm in Recreation Management and also a professional coach (study at the National Coaching Institute, Calgary)

Reading: Yup, all the time. Love to read a book before bed-time..get carried to a different world

Romantic: Incredibly so – but it’s a two way street. Love to cuddle, kiss (long and lingering) touch, hold tight, caress, soothe, and..(sigh) must be as Scottish thing
Sensual: Yes, extremely! Love to explore with and please a partner

Sex: Did have lots when I was younger (athlete hormone thing I guess). Much prefer to establish an adoring, caring, relationship and ‘make love’, and 'be' in love – far more satisfying.

Spirituality: Forever exploring..asking questions. :) Always willing to learn more

Sports: Soccer guy (CSA national coaching license). Rugby, Badminton, Squash, over the years….

Studies: Yup, more start in September. Mostly Recreation and National level coaching the past few years, but have covered psychology, sociology, geography, kinesiology etc etc (sigh)...love to learn!

Ideal partner: A friend, a lover, a soul-mate, life-partner. Someone to share interests with, play sports with: soccer, tennis, gym, jogging, walking the dog, camping, visiting andd walking around lakes and trails, canoeing, kayaking, boating, fishing (you'd have to teach me how), dancing (you'd have to teach my how), skydiving (I'll teach myself on that one lol) cycling, hiking, backpacking...travelling around the UK and France, as well as other places in the world etc. going to concerts (near and far), festivals, the movies, 'being there' for each other, watching a movie at home, a cuddler, and a lover of life!

Just new to POF afer a year away. New to the area (Barrhead) and looking to make friends...OR if fate lends a hand....someone special...someone to become SO much more.. (I believe in taking chances - do you?)

Summary:
I'm an easy going, much travelled (4th country I've lived in now: Scotland (Braveheart Country - Stirlingshire), South of England, South of France, Canada - BC, NWT, Alberta), guy who has learned to appreciate the smaller, finer moments, and successes in life.
