So I am from NY... I think that says alot about me. I'm an independent, intelligent, down to earth person. I don't do anything half way. If my friends were to describe me they'd probably say I'm funny, honest, thoughtful and easy going. At this point in my life I know what's important and I'm looking for someone who is on the same level. I love to travel and have had the opportunity to live in some different places...everywhere from NY to FL to CA (Napa Valley) I have a bachelors degree in visual art but teach elementary school...I like sports...I'm a mets fan so if you like the yankees we're gonna battle...I really think it's not so much about what you're doing but who you're doing it with...

Here's what I look for in someone...he is someone who is first of all tall and funny! I'm pretty tall for a girl (5'9") and want someone who is taller than me. Everyone says they want someone funny but I'm looking for someone who can make me laugh and laugh with me. He has a job that he likes and a family he loves. He can go with the flow and take the initiative. I want someone who challenges me and stands up for what he believes in. An honest, self sufficient, intelligent person. A man who is willing and able...someone that helps before he is asked because he's paying attention and cares. He doesn't have to be perfect...he just needs to be himself.
