I'm an open minded, honest, old fashioned, romantic, nice guy that refuses to finish last like the saying goes. Now I know you're thinking that if thats true I wouldn't be on this site ha ha. I moved to the area almost six months ago. Seems like all I've done since then is the things I have to do and not enough of the stuff I want to do, like getting out and meeting some new people. I'll admit I'm a skeptic when it comes to the online dating thing but figured it was worth a shot.

About me... I love the beach, up until moving I lived 15 minutes from the ocean, and was an ocean lifeguard for eight years. Needless to say I'm still going through withdrawal and craving a trip soon. I love being outdoors, hiking, mountain biking, camping...the list goes on. Heck I'll settle for sitting on the deck, just as long as I'm outside I'll be a happy camper. I'm an active guy and love to get to the gym or do anything active as much as I can squeeze in. I love music especially concerts.

At this point I'm not here looking for my future wife, I would be happy just to meet someone to hang out with and go see the sights/explore with. Not against the idea of a relationship but figure I'd be realistic and see what happens first.

With the warm weather back, outdoor dates are definitively a great option, plenty of time to talk and get to know someone. Like everyone says first date movies aren't a great idea, but I'm not totally against it as long as there is somewhere before or after the movie to get a chance to talk.
