Just thought I would add a touching story:
A little boy at Sick Kids in T.O. wanted to meet a Firefighter and since I volunteered there I was asked to meet him. He was terminally ill with cancer and he knew what fate lay ahead for him. So I had the chance to meet this beautiful child, we became best buddies for several months until his passing. He said he wanted to be a Firefighter but knew it wasn't possible, so one of the nurses told him "Angels save people too".So he asked me if he could be "my angel" he had no idea what a profound affect that would have on my life. I know he has helped me many times already,but I know he is not there all the time,because I think that little sneeker made that promise to a few other Firefighters. Bless you my little friend.
