I give my trust as it's earned...and since I've had a rough time with trust, you'll probably have to work pretty hard to get it! I'm emotional & passionate. I laugh & I cry. I'm smart & I'm gullible. I'm a woman, thru and thru. The MOST important person in my life is my 6 year old son, so if you are not devoted to being a good role-model and don't necessarily enjoy being around kids, then go look for someone else. I've had guys that liked me, but only wanted to come around when my son was somewhere else...that doesn't "fly" here...I'm a package deal! I don't party like I used to. I still go out every now & then, but I'd rather spend time around a bonfire or a barbecue pit with friends.
I'm a walking contradiction when it comes to "Activities". Let me explain: I do not like to hang around outside all that much. If it's warmer than 65 degrees, then I'd rather be in the A/C as far as just hanging out is concerned. BUT...you can't make me stay inside if you mention the words river, boat, swamp, 4-wheeler, etc. Like I said I don't like to stand around and B.S. with people in the heat, I'd rather make good use of the "bought air"! But when it comes to big kid toys like boats and 4-wheelers, then you'd have to bribe me to stay inside!
First Date
You can't outline a first date, until you find out who that date will be with. Different people enjoy different things. I don't like the movies for a first date...what's the point in that? You're supposed to be somewhere that allows for talking and getting to know someone.
Fishing anyone? Picture this: You're in a boat, on the water, maybe have a beer. No loud music, no drunk idiots, you don't have to worry about disturbing anyone in a theater. Just you, your date, the open water, relaxation...and nothing but time to talk & joke & get to know the other person in the boat with you. Also, no dressing up, no make-up...no PRETENSES. Just you, your date, nature, fresh air & an open environment as your backdrop. Sounds perfect to me!
