Greetings! I'm a 28-year-old copyeditor that is very much a Champaign "townie." I've often been told I'm not like most other women, and I take that as a complement. I've always been more comfortable being one of the guys. Overall, I'm quirky, nerdy, loud when I shouldn't be, loving and devoted to people I care about, and just trying to make my way through this crazy thing called life. I'm a big fan of spontaniety; the most fun dates I've had haven't really been planned. If you're connecting with the person, it doesn't really matter what you do. But all that aside, I think dinner, drinks, and catching some kind of concert is a good start. As long as the conversation is flowing and you're having fun, it's a good date.
