This is the part where most people whine about how "hard" it is to desribe themselves and what they are looking for. That's only because many of them are incapable of being
honest--with themselves and others. I'm back on this site after being "absent" for about year. How about, if instead of writing something that just SOUNDS good, I lay all my cards down on the table and simply let the chips fall where they may? Make of this what you will: I will never lie to you or cheat on you--because I do not want to be lied to or cheated on. I will never try to control or to change you--because I do not want to be controlled or changed. Your opinion will always mean something to me, and will always be considered--because I want my opinions to count, too. I will never smother or suffocate you--because I do not want to be smothered or suffocated. If we really hit it off and decide to pursue a relationship, I will make it my mission in life to make you feel special and loved--because I want to feel special and loved, too. If we ever fall in love, I will love you like a house on fire, and will be insanely loyal to you and will always be in your corner 100%--because that is the way that I want to be loved. I will always wear my heart on my sleeve--and will never feel ashamed or weak because of it--because it is my greatest source of strength and pride. I will always love myself--because if I didn't, then I couldn't love somebody else. I will always feel things deeply and will be communicative about my thoughts and feelings--because I'll want to know your thoughts and feelings, too. Best friend, lover, ally, confidante, these are the things I can offer, because I also long for them from somebody else. I know that I now sound very serious, but I'm actually very lighthearted and love to make others laugh and smile--it's just not much fun to have never really known the things that I need the most. I can ask for all of these things from another person because they are also all of the things that I'm prepared, and ready, to offer in return. Really more of an introduction than a "date", meeting in a public place for that first encounter is probably the smartest thing for any woman using this site, but I leave that to you. A coffee shop, a walk, or an outdoor patio would be fine. How about just getting to know you over some fine conversation and a few drinks/coffees, and telling you about myself and seeing if there is some chemistry there? How does that sound for starters?
