A girl who isn't afraid to show off her brains- instead of relying on being cute.Don't get me wrong cuteness and physical beauty are great,but they will pass with age.
A razor sharp mind however, is an eternal attraction.
Race and age are meaningless to me, as is physical attributes. If you consider yourself the too thing geeky short girl with glasses, I would accept you as fast as anyone else.
Hispanic, African, German , whatever. Freindship does not hide behind such boundaries.
Someone who can talk openly regardless of the subject whether its current politics or goofy stuff.

- People from foreign countries that think I am dumb enough to send money for plane ticket back to US etc etc....
- People with 3 or more kids all with different last names (read between the lines) No one wants to be a** end charlie.
- Any girl that claims that she's looking for nice guys while having pic up - that clearly shows that she dresses like a prostitute. You're not going to meet nice men that way.

Something simple, like a trip to a peaceful stream at Tannehill, in the evening when it's quiet. Sunset would be good. a cloth on the ground with sandwiches, maybe wine, maybe not, depends on your mood.
Watch the water and talk, of things each of us have done, or accomplished. Things we'd like to do with our lives.
Just an evening to share a snapshot into each other's personality.
