I am a 47 year old woman. I was widowed at a young age and raised my children on my own. I have a two grown sons who live in Oklahoma and a daughter. My daughter is recently married and leaving home, so I am really a single for the first time since I was 22. I have a Associates Degree in Applied Science and Certified in MRI technologies.
If you know the difference between friendship and lovers, then we have a lot in common. I am a very open person and always say what I mean. I expect you to be the same with me. I am looking for love and companionship. You maybe a down to earth type a man, well I am a down to earth woman. I come from a large family, so there is little in this world that surprises me. Finding a deep loving person who has eyes for only me....Now, that would surprise me. But, that is the type of love that I desire. That is the type of love that I know I can give. I am not saying I need attention 100%.....that would be boring. I like to see a person expand their wings and fly. But, I do need love, friendship and passion. I am a fun kind person and generous with affections. I love to go on adventures and exploring new things. I would love to have companionship to share with me. But, we don't have to be tied at the hip. I am looking for a longterm relationship, but I won't hang around long if you can't make up your mind about me. I think adults know early on if they are with someone they really want. How about you? What are you really looking for in your life?

First Date
My favorite first date would be to meet in a mutually known and liked place. I enjoy day dates as a first date. After spending sometime getting to know each other, we could maybe find a place to sit and have some dinner. I dont mind a place that is alive with happy fun loving people....love to people watch. I like quiet and romantic places also, but usually like to save that for when I am romantically involved
