I write software in support of the Marine Corps. My job is in Stafford so I have a nice commute. I program in Java building web apps, mostly. I am studying Computer Science at VCU as a part-time student working toward my Master's.

My two daughters are ages 18 and 20 and live with me. I love having them around. I spent about 3 years doing Improv Comedy in Richmond. My younger daughter was in their high school league too... so we did comedy together on stage for quite a while. It was a lot of fun and a great way to bond. We both left Improv when the theater closed.

I write short Science Fiction stories. I also facilitate the Chesterfield Writers Club. I'm working on a novel that I plan to have finished by the year's end.

I also like board games, movies, reading, dining out, hanging out in book stores and tinkering with my computers.

I like women who are creative and have a sense of humor. Generally, if you are creative and funny, you are also smart and independent. I find this combination to be pretty unique, so i don't really date that much. I guess that makes me either discerning or picky. I'm ok with either description.
