I need a girl who knows her way around an automatic rifle! Someone who can field-strip a 1911. Someone who knows what a 1911 is! Someone who can tell the difference between a single action pistol and a double action pistol just by looking at the two! Do you know the difference between a rimmed cartridge and a belted cartridge? About me: well, I really don't know what to say about myself. I'm not the type to approach you on the street or at the bar, but I might approach you at the library or grocery store. I have always felt more comfortable sharing information than with starting a conversation at random. I have never been the most social person at first, but once I get to know you a little I open right up. But if it seems like I don't like you at first, I probably don't, just because I don't know you. In general, I don't like people, because in general, people don't like me.
I'm definately not the average guy. I prefer conversation over sex, wine over beer, and cuddling over having the bed to myself. I cry at movies, I love art, and would like to go to an opera or classical music concert but haven't had the chance. I can be cold and dark at times, and I take a lot of patience to get to know.
My sense of humor can be kind of twisted at times, and although I have never eaten people I might tell you that I have just to get a reaction.
I always look at things rationally, I don't tend to overreact very often, and I often over-analyze things to the point where I begin to waste time.
I'm not afraid of being lonely, I don't need a relationship to be happy. I don't need sex like most guys so I don't go out looking for it. What I want is someone to be close to, someone to talk to. I'm not saying that I don't need physical intimacy and attraction in a relationship, but I'm not going to be overly hung up on the way you look.
Age has never been an issue for me, my last serious relationship was with a woman 20 years older. I just think that if you can find someone you can really get along with, why should age matter?
I know that I'm not the best looking guy around, and I don't really clean up very well. I don't dress to look good, I dress to be comfortable in any situation I might encounter. No, I won't cut my hair because you don't like it. No, I won't go out of my way to look nice to impress your friends or family. And no, I don't have a problem wearing my old work clothes when I go out. I may not look as professional as most people would like, but I don't care. I am who I am, not who you want me to be. I won't change for anyone, so don't expect me to. I'm not going to be your "project guy" who you can mold into your dream guy. If you can accept me for who I am, then I can do the same for you.
So if you're tired of the "average" guy who treats you like dirt and doesn't care what you say or how you feel, and if you're ready for a kind, affectionate and mutually respectful relationship, then here I am! Don't look any further! Don't let me be the one who got away!
