TAKING CHANCES - I'm ready to take a chance. Are you? I am a hard working, independent and financially secure person. I am not looking for someone because of their purse-strings or bank accounts. I would like to find someone who wants a relationship that is based on trust, intimacy and good communication. Want to know more? I like a wide variety of music except for rap, heavy metal and opera. I enjoy watching movies, especially comedy and action films. I like to read, cross stitch and sometimes write poetry, among many other things. But we'll save those for later so we'll have something to converse over. I love to sit and watch a good rain storm and the lightening as it lights up the night sky. I love how the air smells right before it rains. I enjoy daydreaming while watching the clouds float on by. I think it’s fun to go out when it first snows and try to catch as many snowflakes as I can. I enjoy most seasons, well I'm not too fond of winter. But perhaps the right person might be able to persuade me otherwise. As for inside interests, I enjoy snuggling up with a bowl of popcorn to watch movies. I also enjoy window shopping, sitting at the mall to watch people as they walk by, as well as going out on the town for a night of dining, drinks, or music. I not only enjoy spending time with others I also enjoy spending time by myself.

Perhaps there is someone out there who would like some of the same things or is at least willing to make room for another person to share a part of their life. One can only hope. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Anything that is fun and enjoyable where we can talk and get to know each other is fine by me. I say we play thumb war to see who gets to pick what we do. Come on - any takers? LOL

Ok I'd even settle for a local place for some drinks: coffee, soda, beer, whine (with some cheese - lol - ok wine then), liquor, milk, juice, cocoa your choice. Somewhere where we won't feel pressured if we feel the need to leave abruptly. The sky's the limit and I like making decisions together. I'm done with this alone thing.
