I like Flea markets and yard sales they're great fun, can't get enough of checking out the possible treasures. I love to read and enjoy quiet times at home with a good book or a good movie. I detest the slasher type films, but a good musical makes me happy. I love classic movies, detective stories, historical stuff, and romance, naturally.I enjoy getting out for a walk in the nice weather. I can go for miles along the trails here in F'ton. I'm so lucky to live in this city where we have so many great walking trails and parks as well. I think it's lovely to be able to find places to sit and watch the world, read or just dream.

About what I'm looking for, being a naturally giving person,I don't have a long list of things I want in a dating/mating partner, just the usual, a little honesty & integrity and some laughability. I would love a man who makes me laugh, who likes to take walks in the evening, go to movies, or to dinner, or both. The man of my dreams will take me grocery shopping and make it a fun time, the man for me is one who likes what I like and lets me like what he likes. I won't expect him to be glued to me every minute of the day, but I'll surely love having him next to me every minute of the night! If he likes to dance it's a plus but not a must. We could enjoy just swaying to the music, all alone in my living room or at a dance or in the moonlight on the grass. If he's a romantic so much the better, I'm romantic too. The list of what I don't want is even shorter. I've read that if you are what you hope to find you'll find what you hope for. Here's hoping! LOL

I'm a good natured, funny lady, love music and will dance alone in the living room just to be moving to the music. My taste in music ranges from classic Rock to good country, with a little classical thrown in for fun, along with Blues, of course. It's so lucky for me that my city hosts lots of summer concerts and a lot of them are free open air style so I get to hear great stuff all summer.

My favorite past-time is motorcycle riding. I rode my own, Yamaha 250cc, for many years and would love to know someone with a similar interest, so I could go biking again, even as a passenger. It's been said that a rider makes the best passenger, you know it MUST be true!

I think I'm a unique individual, still working full time,I take time to visit the hospital to rock babies and read to older folks who have no visitors, and find time to pursue my hobbies, needlework, knitting, designing & sewing my own wardrobe. I have a great imagination, maybe that will make me good company for you, I hope so. I like getting to know people, am a people watcher from way back, love seeing the funny things people do and the sweet things kids do. I love animals, especially small furry ones, my companion is a Himalayan cat named Piwacket. You can ask me about her name if you're curious, most people are.

Travel is something I enjoy, I've done a bit of it, lived outside the country for 5 years, and loved that experience too. I think that no road is too long if the company is good.

Before you leave, let me just say that I'm on POF because I'm seriously looking for a mate. Not here to play games or set myself up for trouble, just looking and hoping for the next love of my life to find me.
