Always tall, often dark and normally handsome (although as my old man insists 'handsome is as handsome does'), formerly what you would probably call a 'perpetual student'. Senusal and caring; adventurous and romantic; pensive but outgoing; assertive yet innocent; selfless yet sufficiently selfish.
I am fascinated with different cultures and people. Through work, travel and life (less of the former), I have learnt to pick up something from everyone. I have somehow gained an ability to fit in with most, whether suits, fishermen or bedouins in the Sahara; I have learned so much from unplanned (and what appeared to be at first), seemingly unnecessary conservations. I have hit the books, but know that you learn greater skills in the field. And as I would say, everything is in the eyes. That is, whether to trust someone; to know someone is lying or telling the truth; you can either run a mile or trust someon in the first moment. The eyes thing has helped a lot traipsing round far-flung locations on my tod.
I would love to meet a genuine woman who has something to say for herself as well as knowing when to have a laugh. Whilst I would prefer someone 'attractive', I want someone with 'inner beauty', so looks, body type or hair colour, whilst crucial for that initial physical attraction, are not everything.
And just to confirm, neither am I from Colombia nor Spanish, Greek or Italian (though I do get confused for these and other nationalities). I did return three months ago from a fairly primitive but nonetheless ideal existence in a beautiful fishing village by the Caribbean Sea. I then made an almost immediate move from the North to the South of England.

First Date
The location is unimportant, as long as I can hear the person that I am speaking to. A country pub may suffice, as might a cafe or a stroll in the park. With the right person, I could spend hours, anywhere. I would gladly sit on the pavement in my suit, jeans or rags, but we could always move elsewhere as I wouldn't want you to muck up your clothes.
