Recently married and recently separated, now know I what I want, and it is more out of life. More meaningful experiences, even if it means doing it alone sometimes. Life does not come to you, you have to go out and get it, and I am. I have simple tastes, and I am generally too hard on myself, but starting to give myself a break.

Update: Not so recently married and separated (early 2007), therefore not in a vulnerable or needy state. Doing better than ever in fact...

Further update: Dating defined for me is choosing to meet with people, with the hopes of developing a short term relationship, and then a long term relationship, sharing in the mutual growth of one another, and all the pleasures of life that that entails.
