I am hoping to meet like minded people who value the beauty of life in all its forms. I am happy and well adjusted, prefer the simple side to life
Have you ever been walking done the street and saw an older couple walking...his hand gently on her back...or they are holding hands...you see as they look at each other, the care and concern they have for one another? I am looking for "the one"...the person I'll still be holding hands with when I am 83.
I enjoy the outdoors...camping, swimming and water sports...boardgames, reading, arts, museums, concerts, crafting, flea markets, I shoot a good game of pool, love playing horseshoes and throwing a BBQ...I drink a budlite here and there, but do not live in the bar Am equally comfortable in jeans or evening wear....am pretty flexible and open...am willing to try anything...assuming it's legal and moral.
I am just a tiny bit shy in new situations, but once the ice is broken I can hold my own. And I have a great smile...that shines in my eyes and in my heart.
I do not think my picture actually looks like me...I look like a librarian! I got a little tickled the other day when a man gave me grief about my saying that I don't photograph well...he said men don't want to hear that. Well here is my take...life fills our minds with those kind of silly and meaningless thoughts...and it certainly doesn't reflect who I really am. So just know that I won't judge you for your thoughts...and hope to have that same consideration in return.
So with that said...
They say a picture says a thousand words but does a picture say what is inside a person's heart? I would hope that you look beyond a picture to see what a trusting, warm, loving and passionate woman I am.
The worst thing that could happen is the possiblity of making a new friend. And who knows...maybe I will be "the one"...but you won't know unless you take a chance.
