Typically, a "faghag" in the "land of the gay," is the female best friend who is always there for her gay best friend. Whether it's to offer dating/relationship advice, be there to cuddle when you're falling asleep, drive you and your trick home from the bar, take you out shopping, a faghag loves the gay boys, but doesn't seem to date them or end up in relationships with them. This has been me for FAR too long (minus the "being a female").

On several occasions, my life has been compared to that of Liz Lemon (Tina Fey) in 30 Rock. Really. It's that bad.

I have a talent for getting myself wrapped up in bizarre situations. I could probably top any "worst date" story that you have.

I am quite close with many of my friends. They mean the world to me. I'm not looking for someone to replace them with, I'm looking for someone I can integrate into my social circle.

Work is very important to me -- I've done a lot to get where I am today and I don't plan on slowing down. I look for someone who is very passionate about what they are doing, whether they are in school, or have a career, or just work at McDonald's. As long as you put effort into that aspect of your life, I hold a lot of respect for you.

I don't refer to myself as "straight-acting." I don't consider myself to be flamboyant either, but I feel that I just present myself in a very natural way. Get to know me, you'll see what I mean.

I'm not a bar star, however I do join my friends in the village from time to time. If it's a club/lounge/bar -- straight or gay -- I'll be there if my friends are there, to share some drinks and some laughs.
