I am a very easy going kind of guy with a quick wit and great sense of humor. I am hard working, intelligent, and generous (to a fault sometimes). I love the outdoors and try to spend as much time as possible outside. I often go to Michigan for short trips to kayak and canoe.

I am an excellent cook both on the grill and in the kitchen. I love to make big meals for my friends and family. The one thing that stinks about being single is cooking only for yourself. I often experiment and come up great tasting stuff and sometimes the dogs won't even touch it.

Some of the things that are important in my life are my family, friends, my pets, and my job. I find that variety is great and keeps things fresh. Sometimes just staying home and getting stuff done sounds great and then there are times that I can't wait to go to Michigan. I would like to meet someone that likes various things and not necessarily the same things that I like. How am I ever going to experience anything new if we like the exact same things? Someone who can hold up their end of the conversation whether it is about politics, sports, relationships, or humor. You have to be able to laugh at yourself and laugh often.
