Minstrel: A minister of music, mirth and merriment.

I'm an entertainer. I've been playing the guitar and singing for over 45 years. I enjoy Folk, Bluegrass, Country, Blues, Classic Rock, Jazz and Classical music. In the daytime I entertain the residents at nursing homes, assisted living facilities and retirement communities. I have a genuine love for the elderly and truly enjoy bringing joy into the lives of my many "old" friends. Some nights I play solo at good quality restaurants or private parties, other nights I might play in concert with a Blues, Buffett, Country or Classic Rock Show Band. (I do not play in or hang out in bars!) Some weekends I play at farmer's markets, outdoor festivals and cultural events. On Sunday mornings I play in the band at my church. It's all a lot of fun and I really appreciate having been able to create a life in which I totally enjoy what I do for a living.
I enjoy bicycling, tennis, walks around the lake or the park, sidewalk cafes, dining out, cultural events, museums, movies, bowling, pool, ballgames, concerts and theater. I also enjoy taking some time off for a getaway to the mountains, the beach or an interesting city for a refreshing change of scene. I would also enjoy staying home, listening to music, cooking dinner for you or ordering out and spend the night snuggling on the couch watching a good movie that YOU wanted to see.
I've been described as being talented, upbeat, fun and the eternal optimist. I would add that I am honest, loyal, passionate and the eternal romantic. And hopefully someday, I would truly appreciate having the opportunity to express my love and devotion to one special woman in whatever ways please her most.

I'd like to meet a woman that is truly happy, emotionally, mentally and physically healthy, enjoys singing and/or playing an instrument and would enjoy the potentially dynamic relationship that could spring from our shared love of music and life!
