I love to laugh (and fortunately for me, I'm easily amused). I'm very close with my family. I have the best friends a person could hope for. I'm crazy about my dogs (two wiener dogs). I'm gainfully employed (not a workaholic, but I do work alot). I love to travel and do as much as possible (just got back from Ireland... gotta figure out where I wanna go next). I dream of one day dropping everything and joining the Peace Corps. Been "learning" to play the guitar for about 6 years.

I was blonde for a while, but I'm back to brunette (working on updating my pics). My hair is naturally curly/wavy, but I straighten it every so often (most days that's entirely too much work). My eyes are blue (no glasses yet). I've got all my teeth (except for the wisdom ones... which explains some of my decisions). I'm fluffy (full-figured... size 16/18 if that means anything to ya). I'm 5'6" but usually wear heels, so I'm more like 5'9".

If I haven't lost you yet, here are some potential deal breakers: I crack my knuckles, sometimes snore, am not a morning person, spend too much money on shoes, rarely make my bed, am often tardy (a problem since childhood... I was the kid that always missed the school bus), and my dogs sleep with me. If you take issue with any of the above, you might as well go fish.

I'm not looking for a project and have no desire to change you (any more than I want to be changed). What I am looking for is someone with a kind heart who makes me smile when I think about him. Is morally grounded and has a good head on his shoulders. One who agrees that a "healthy balance" is important... in relationships and life in general. Someone who is mature yet doesn't take himself or life too seriously. A man who loves my friends and family at least half as much as I do (and vice versa). One who's quicker to laugh at himself than at others. Basically, a man who's just comfortable and fun to be around.

For a first date, I think it's best to keep it simple... meet someplace for coffee or a beer. Then if we both are interested in another date, I'm open to just about anything... dinner... concert/live music... sporting event... museum/gallery... laser tag... go karts... whatever! You're the boy, you decide.
