But first you should know some things about me....I like to feel the seabreeze in my hair and the sun on my skin. I’ve been known to walk my own path in life and sometimes that has been rocky so I guess you could say I’m strong willed but I’m also very willing to compromise and listen to reason and will respect others thoughts and opinions. For the first time in my life I'm finally comfortable in my own skin, and it feels great! I’m a caring & compassionate person and I guess that's why I chose nursing as a profession and loved being a mother. I try to be the kind of person that is aware of others needs and thoughtful enough to meet those first. When it comes to relationships I believe that being able to understand each other and be on the same level is so important, to be interdependent. I’ve learned to take care of myself and my own needs however I am wanting to include someone else in that realm. I’m a very commited and dedicated person and want to make this the last relationship I ever have. I truly am looking for a lifetime partner.

I like to look forward and leave the baggage behind. My family would say I have a soft heart and I always give the benefit of the doubt to people, sometimes to a fault. But I believe in second chances, we all need them. I love to sing and play tha piano or guitar at times...will you sing with me? I love to listen to all types of music from Daughtry to Il Divo and Journey to Josh Grobin, CD to Symphony. I'll often times give my mood away by the music I listen to, I express myself through my music, it's in my family and my blood. I hope you enjoy it too!

In a partner I want you to be able to challenge me and have a quick wit, can you verbally spar with me? One of the biggest turn ons to me is to stimulate my intellect... I love it when were holding hands or kissing, the excitement that we share when we are crazy about each other, looking into each others eyes and deep into the soul. And when you lead me around the dance floor I will only be focused on you and everyone else will be focused on us. It doesn't matter whether we're walking on a sunset beach or in the finest restaurant, what matters is that we share common interests, goals, humor and most importantly communication.

I have lived here in Florida for a few years, I'm originally from the Chicago area, I raised my family in St. Louis and I've traveled extensively. I've always put my family first, however now that they are all grown it's my turn. I love the beach, snorkeling, boating, watching dolphins, or a night out dancing, going out to a dinner theater or live show, concert or symphony. I'm easy going (if you haven't already guessed) and a great listener. As far as what we do? It doesn't matter as long as we do it together.
