UPDATE: I have revised my profile to reflect why I'm here, at least hopefully it will be self explanatory now.

I work in the telecommunications field doing what I have always loved to do, design, plan, and build systems. Although my work involves travel, I enjoy my colleagues and friendships I have attained. I am known to be very honest and straight forward, easy to get along with and the ability to help others solve problems. I am a good listener for those who truly want to find a solution.

I enjoy woodworking, aviation, and building models. My immediate and extended family is very important to me.

I am looking for friends first and foremost. It is why I am here. I am not really looking for a long term permanent relationship at this moment, although I would like that in my life. So if you wish to just correspond as friends for now, then please do so. If you are here to find that special someone for the rest of your life and that is your only goal, I applaud your efforts and wish you the best.

I like a lady who is independent, self-confident, has a loving nature, and has a little playful - sassy attitude! Someone who is adept at seeking out and having her own adventures and enjoys sharing those same adventures with friends. I do appreciate a lady who is a good cook and even more so if she loves to share making a meal together.

While not a world traveler, I have been in all but about 8 states in the US and I do love to travel this country of ours. I prefer to stay off the interstates and make impromptu stops to visit with people. I have been fortunate to see much of Alaska and it never fails to amaze me.
