Nice to meet you (virtually as it were) Now I know we all have some feelings about having to be on an internet dating service. I know the words "I can't believe its come to this" have gone across my mind more then once :)

Not that there is anything wrong with this but it feels like it takes the "romance" out of the whole thing. Lets face it, the world is a different place, many of us have jobs that just don't facilitate meeting anyone and being the nerd girl that I am I decided maybe internet dating wouldn't be as bad as remaining single for the rest of my life. LOL

So here it is my profile ... be kind .:)

I would say that I am a confident happy fun person overall, with a good but most times twisted sense of humour, open minded, not prone to drama, honest, I actually do like my life, but its alone, I would like to have someone to share with and to have them share with me.

Not religious but still spiritual to some extent. Oh ya and I have a tendency towards telling the truth (lies just make things impossible because usually if you tell one then you have to tell more to support it, no time for BS like that) I like movies but not big on TV although I do watch, Music moves my life and makes me happy, Friends, family, people in general are important to me. I love the sun, I am a really good cook and like to experiment with new recipes. I am equally happy staying in for a night as going out, not into clubs any more,but I still enjoy seeing live music. Love to travel . I am prone towards being spontaneous and silly sometimes mostly because I work pretty hard so when I am not working I am up for almost anything. My maturity level can be questioned most of the time. Hey I am a geek what can I say.

In terms of what I am looking for, I wouldn't say I have a "type" per say.

I like men .. ;)

I am looking for someone responsible, upstanding type, HONEST is always a good way to go.
