I am going to do this part later because I really just want to get to the threads, but this part is apparently MANDATORY. But Plenty of Fish has warned me that "for my own safety, i am not to include my name, phone number, or address. So I will be extra cautious and also will not include my age, weight, number of sexual partners, dog's name, bra size, dog's bra size, what I did yesterday, my deepest darkest secret or my most embarrassing moment.

But I will tell you, that I am very open and friendly, very relaxed, extremely trusting, and try to do good in the world. Just 3 days ago, I helped out an man who resides in Africa who was in a real bind. He had won the lottery but according to the law of his land, he would have to give 75% of his winnings to the government. So he emailed me, (apparently my reputation of being helpful and nice has spread far beyond my small community) and asked if i would be so kind as to allow him to deposit this money into my bank account and hold it for him until he was able to come to Canada. Of course he will pay me a generous fee for my efforts, but really, i don't care about the money. I whole heartedly sent off my bank information to this poor man and hope he will get to come to our country soon.
Thats just one example of my kindness.

Have the person fill out a complete medical history form, and ask if him if he had any reservations about engaging in a quick little lie detector test.

Upon achieving a passing grade, there would be just one more thing I would require before proceeding with our fantastically romantic date. I would pass him a cup and point him in the direction of the bathroom, instructing him that just up to the line was sufficient.

Strangely, a few dates have not called me back... it's probably because they fibbed on the medical form and are embarrassed.

After the date i would let him know that in 4-6 weeks, we can discuss his results, talk about a second date.
