I’m 36, never been married and have no children. I have been in long term, serious relationships. I am not afraid of, or avoiding commitment. Just never found the one that stuck. I laugh a lot, usually at myself. Life’s too short not to be able to find humor in just about everything.

I have 3 dogs. A Pit, and 2 Chihuahuas. Makenzi is 14; she has better manners than some children I know. If there is an issue with her breed, stop reading and good luck with your search (I have actually been told it’s a deal breaker). She was raised to be good natured. She takes bubble baths, wears a leopard coat, has a Halloween costume (I know, it’s sick), but she digs the attention. My only “biter” weighs 9 lbs.

I tend to be outspoken. It keeps me in trouble a lot, but you never have to wonder where you stand with me. I can change my own oil, change a tire, and bait a hook if I have to. I can pitch a tent and build a fire, but prefer a camper and friends to build the fire with me. I love a good road trip. I’m good for anything from camping to festivals to just driving until you realize you’re REALLY lost. There is nothing better than throwing stuff in a bag, grabbing a baseball cap, and heading out the door without a lot of planning and over-thinking. Just go and enjoy the people you were lucky enough to want to include in your life.

I’m not one of those girls that burned her bra and lost her mind. I love all of the perks that come along with being someone’s someone. I like to have my doors opened and hands held. I like flowers for no reason, preferably the ones from the side of the road because it really is the thought that counts. I like chairs being pulled out and complements, but I also don’t mind getting dirty if you need a little help…


The man that I’m looking for shouldn’t be jealous or intimidated by friends, mutually trusting and respectful and be able to laugh, not only with me or at me, but at himself. I know this sounds really basic, but you’d be surprised at how hard it really is to find.
