Decent guy looking to laugh, love enjoy life. I enjoy my life with good music, food and drink. Having a partner in crime so to speak makes for better times.

The windmills of my youth have been replaced with the reality of where our earth is, and how can I do something about it. A fallen boy scout, my sideburns were too long in 1967, I have tried to live with the attitude of paying forward, doing something for others. I support organizations that make a difference whether locally or in another country. My children are on their way to making their own lives, making mistakes and occasionally asking for the ole guy's advice.

I garden, mostly tomatoes and corn, nothing better than home grown and a steak on a hot summer day. I work on my home, getting ready to sell and downsize. I much prefer local home grown restaurants, food and other businesses. I adapt well to most situations, black tie to camping.

I still own vinyl records and am moving some of the rarer stuff to the computer. Music outside of the mainstream, moves my soul, and gives my dancing shoes a workout.

Some of the things I like:

a yellow fender amp turned to 11, the clear quiet in the early morning after a snow, the smell of a clean baby, sunrise on the prairie or the ocean, home grown tomatoes, my dog's tail thumping the floor ready to go on a walk, raindrops, tasty cakes

It says 75 miles, not going to happen I want to stay within 20 miles.
