They say that men just look at the pictures, but women actually read the profile.

So, if you are reading, first off, I like nerds. I'm a nerd. There's just no getting around it. I was in bands, get along great with my co-workers, etc. However, I'm still a documentary watching, science magazine reading, museum visiting nerd. I'm a decent guy who can be strong and nice and still be secure as a man. I've always been a creative dreamer, but have managed to develop some marketable skills along the way. As much as I love the world of poets, artists, writers, and musicians, I am a one man IT Dept. at a small company.

But wait, there's more. I like guy stuff, too. Aside from watching the Pats (religiously) & Sox (not as much), I work out to get into and/or stay in shape (depends on the time of year). I also really dig biking and should get out more.

Weekend adventures are tops on my list of things to do with someone, whether it be a day trip, going to a museum, hiking/biking, restaurants, etc.

So, if a smart guy with a whacked sense of humor is someone you'd like to get to know... well, you know what to do. ;-)

Oh, I forgot, I'm a romantic at heart.

On a first date, I would like to go somewhere we could talk and get to know each other. Preferably a picnic on an enjoyable Saturday afternoon.
