Well, I'm about sick of meeting people that aren't like me, or even in the same ballpark for what I am looking for. I just ask that you aren't psycho and you won't turn stalker.

Other than that, I am pretty "normal" I think, and I'm easy to get along with. I do have a lot to offer...try to figure me out sometime ;)

So, I used to have a profile on here that stated my opinion on things. I have always felt that online dating is almost like buying something from a vending machine: If you like what you see, you'll push the button and choose it. If you don't like what's in there for your choice, then don't click it. Seems pretty simple to me.

I find it rather amusing on here how people feel compelled to email me hate mail if I read their note and don't reply back. Do you really feel that emailing me a 2nd time to point out that I apparently wasn't interested in you the 1st time and think that's going to have an impact? No, it just means I wasn't interested, or I was checking mail through my phone, or that I was busy with work, etc.

I've increasingly found that the notion of dating today is pretty messed up. For one, my concept of dating is hanging with ONE person. Just one. Not five. Just one. I can't tell you how many people on here I meet are seemingly serial daters and can't choose their time wisely. I mean come on, getting to know one person is hard enough, how in the world can you juggle more than that?

I'd like to think I am an easy person to get along with. Very sarcastic and quick witted, I need someone who is very assertive and self confident. I work very hard to run my business and help my clients, and I don't have time for games. When I do have free time, I enjoy the company of another person. I'm also a single parent, so for those of you on here that apparently can't read at the top where is says YES to "Have Children" then shame on you: don't act surprised when you find out that I am a single dad.

Other than that, it'd just be really nice to find someone who can understand compromise. Relationships are hard and they require continued work to adapt and adjust. I'm really past all the games, the crap, the attempts to "one up" someone or spiting someone just to prove a point. If you're ok with that, please send me a messsage. Also, please use proper grammar when replying. oh -- If you cannot use proper possessives (you/you're or there/their/they're) or if you say something like "I seen" then click the red X in the upper right corner and go back to elementary school.

With that, though, I will say this: I make every attempt to take care of myself physically. I eat right and I exercise. I ask that if you are like that as well, awesome. If you aren't or if you are bigger than I am, please, refrain from emailing me as I am likely not going to be interested in you. It is how it is, and I'm sure you could be really, really nice, but physical attraction is huge in a relationship and I find someone who is in shape attractive, not the opposite. Thanks! I don't know, something fun like making fun of people, karaoke, bowling, putt-putt, a few drinks for happy hour, etc. I love cider mills and fresh donuts, traveling, going to sports games, naked body paint (just checking if you're still reading), bike riding, etc.

I'd love to meet someone that likes to travel, someone who wants to see the world, someone that can handle me, and someone that is secure with themselves. I cannot stand the amount of insecure women out there seeking someone to make themselves feel better. You will never be happy with someone until you're happy with yourself first.
