I'm an optimist, a romantic and a dreamer, who’s learned from being a widow, that being alone isn’t better. I believe and hope there's an intelligent, thoughtful, honest man out there, waiting to be found, ready to share life, love and everything that goes with it. Are you the one?

I enjoy the outdoors, and the indoors—going out to dinner, or cooking up something together (my place or yours); listening to music, seeing plays and movies; taking walks or going for a drive. I’m a do-it-yourselfer, proud and happy to be almost finished with the final touches on my little country home. I‘m curious and adaptable--- especially would like to learn about things that interest you, which may be new to me. And maybe I can interest you in some of my favorite things.

Distance is not an issue for me, although the nearer you are, the easier it would be to get together. Getting acquainted happens one step at a time. So why don’t we take the time to find out if we can go in the same direction, starting now! I’ll be glad to share photos once we’ve gotten past the first “hellos.”

A first date is the time to become comfortably acquainted, and hopefully make plans for our second date!
