A wise man once said, "A juicy red apple is nice, but not every apple is red." What I might want on an exterior superficial level seems to change at any given time so while physical attraction certainly is important (initially), personal attraction and character win me over time and again. What you look like will fade. Who you are can only get better. That being said, I try not to set expectations on anyone so if you have a sense of humor, still believe in love and in the idea of “till death do us part” and you’re in a place in your life where you’re ok with yesterday, you enjoy today, and you look forward to tomorrow then you are someone I'd like to meet.

The older I get, the more I realize that love is not a feeling so much as it is an action. I most experience kindness, compassion, and love in my life when I treat the people in my life (strangers included) with kindness, compassion, and love. Love comes from within, not from without so every encounter I have with another human being allows me an opportunity to connect with my own humanity. I’m looking for someone who is kind and gentle and maybe even has a good singing voice (singing voice not required). I hope to hear from you. Yes, from you.
