I'm a Chicago girl, transplanted here to Florida about 13 years ago, but still miss the Windy City. Most of my family reside in Chicago. I love comedy clubs, Plays, amusement parks...I just enjoy life. I'm not expecting much here, and I admit I am a bit picky, but chemistry is a key factor in a relationship, and I am not going to lie and say that looks are not important to me....But they are definitely not everything. a sense of humor is a major plus! If nothing else, meeting a few new friends would be awesome. I'm keeping my expectations low, and hoping for the best!I am a single mom, and have 4 beautiful children. My oldest daughter is 21, and has blessed me with a awesome grandson. She is also starting college and has a good career ahead of her. My little guy (and only son) is 4. He is the main man in my life! I am a hard working, independent, easy going person, who loves to spend time with family, and friends. I love the little things in life, and would certainly not consider myself high maintenance.

I am not looking to play games however. It seems to me that some people on this site, and in general get caught up in the email and chat games, that seems to go on endlessly, or end abruptly. If we are going to meet and give it a shot, great. If its going to be a long drawn out affair, then im NOT interested. I would like to meet someone in a short period of time after chatting. This way we are not wasting each others time. We either "CLICK" or we dont, either way I am not about playing games. Life is too short for games and people that do not know what they want. Maybe a drink or two, a more casual first date. The first date is more the test drive in my eyes. It is the getting to know you kind of thing, and it is usually the determining factor of whether you want a second date or not....So nothing too outrageous. Maybe I can sing you a song or two :-)
