The IM feature from this site shuts down my computer...nuff said?

08/08/08 My grandmother died today and I may be away for a few days. I will drive to Mississippi Saturday night and get back sometime early next week so I may not answer my messages very promptly

I have hosted several Northwest Arkansas POF events since February and lots of people have enjoyed coming to them. Keep your eyes on the announcements in Green Text at the top of your inbox page for area events. I started doing this because nobody else was in our area and I felt it would provide people a safe place to meet without the pressure of one on one dating. So far it has been successful with 30-50 people coming to most of our events

I am an artist, craftsman, handyman, poet, freelance writer, rustic decor specialist and morning quiet person which means I am more a night person. I know a million jokes and am quick witted. I love to dance though poorly but willing to take lessons if you will be patient with me. My hobbies and interests are all listed so I guess that gives you a good summary of possible mutual interests. I live on a mountain top with a great view. The house I am building looks terrible from the outside but super so far on the inside. I am a big nature lover and my website has a lot of poetry and my artwork on it. I will send you the address if you ask for it. I am self employed as a signmaker, handyman, web site builder and I do all the sign and interior decor work for a franchise chain of 19 pizza restaurants. I do not drink more than occasionally and then only a drink or two. If I have any addictions at all they might be to Dr Pepper and romance but not necessarily in that order.

The very idea of doing something on a date!! Even dried, they are smelly. Even if you could find one about the size of a house it would be difficult to do anything on it without sliding off. But a raisin... yes, a raisin would be ideal for hide and go seek, paint gun fights or lots of stuff. I could ride a horse on a big enough raisin. I wonder why they don't ask "What would you do on a first raisin"
There is a world of opportunity for first raisins. Be careful because raisins stick to your teeth. Always brush well after raisins. Most of all, "Don't forget your raisin'!"

After the initial introduction which takes place online, I think real life is a better place to talk with each other people than these message boxes. Here we lose eye contact and body language vital to communication with each other. A Bookstore or coffee shop are great places for first meetings but I also like Braums.
