About me...A Yankee! (Maybe not anymore since I've been here a while!) I'm from New York (upstate). I came to North Carolina because I couldn't find any elementary teaching jobs, but I've been here since '98. I miss my family and would love to be closer to them, but so far, it doesn't seem realistic! (If I find the right guy, I'd probably forget about going back to NY! Lol)

In my free time, I run, or workout, I'm health conscious! I enjoy spending time with family & friends, the outdoors, most sports, concerts, animals, I've been learning to golf (not saying I'm good though!) I like trying new things & just enjoying life! BTW I even like Nascar!

Since my divorce will soon be finalized, my coworkers got me on this site, literally! (Since I am so trusting and happy-go-lucky, I said sure, what the heck!) The right guy has got to be out there somewhere...right? I'm open and honest about things, so if there's anything you'd like to know, just ask! Some people see "separated or divorced" and automatically think drama, baggage, or damaged goods...not me! I'm good!

I'm looking for someone who shares my interests...someone who is thoughtful, honest, fun, intelligent, enjoys staying active (is health conscious), is goal oriented (having a steady job...a good thing!) Someone who enjoys taking time to get to know a person. Someone who I can share stories and laugh! **But I do not enjoy playing games...I'm not interested in being your flavor of the month and I wouldn't do that to you either.
