For months I had put up witty and intelligent c'mere, into the header. Went to something a touch more basic :)

I treasure the simple gifts in life such as; the scents, sights and sounds of nature. Experiencing the hush of a snow-covered forest in the winter, the promise of summer that the first spring flowers bring, and the lively sounds and scents of summer. Laying back and viewing the stars in a clear sky. The scent of the desert after a rain. (cheap date(kidding!))

I love to laugh and to enjoy experiences. People tell me I'm rather funny (as in witty), at work some call me a mischievous imp.
I had been in the computer field for almost 15 years... Switched careers... I volunteer and work in mental health now.

My music tastes are totally eclectic... ranging from Josh Groban, Michael Buble, Ray Charles, Blues, Country, Bagpipes and on to Aerosmith & Clapton. (I shouldn't be in charge of playlists)

I'm monogamous, loyal and will watch your back. And rarely lose my temper. However I have been known to be impatient at times :)

My faith is important to me. I would like someone who is able to respect that part of me. I don't like arguments over different religions, they are so pointless. Prejudice and hate toward others or other cultures in any form is a total turn off.

I would like a guy who is into partnerships; someone to wander through life with sharing ideas and experiences.
Men who aren't "stuck" in a groove mentally, and who are constantly learning and growing are wonderful to be with. Someone with a healthy ego would be best. A man who is independent, and not a clingy type. (I won't cling, be possessive, or jealous)(okay maybe a twinge of jealousy, cos I'm human). Intelligence and wit are two things that I enjoy in a person. Hate to do this...but I really would prefer a taller man.

Things I couldn't live without; Dogs, my camera, my computer, and my hairdresser. So I suppose no electricity would be a total bummer. (this was tongue in cheek)

Coffee for the first meeting, not at Tims. I like the harbour, Shooting pool (I'm lousy at it, but its fun!), dining, hanging out works for me for a first date. I'm pretty casual.
