About Me
I'm glad you decided you were interested enough to read my profile! I've recently moved to Georgia from Montana after spending 12 wonderful years there. I love the outdoors and I love life in general. I've spent many a day camping high in Montana's mountains or just on the back of my horse, Toby. I'm big into music and I used to have a successful Country/Western band in Montana, where I performed on the guitar and vocally. I love to sing and am not scared to do it! But alas, there is no real yearning for live old country music in the big city of Atlanta; so I had to put the band behind me. I graduated with honors from Montana State University studying English Literature. I'm a sucker for people pouring their hearts out on the page or through music. So you've seen the picture and read the profile. Now your saying to yourself, "Why does this man have to go on the internet to find someone? He seems so perfect." As you can see, I have a sense of humor too! No, I just find that I'm a little shy and this seems to be a laid back way of meeting someone. I can hear them out and really learn about who they are and if they seem like they may be a good match for me. Enough about me already. I guess I'm supposed to say what I'm looking for in a partner. I am really just looking for someone who is honest and loves to live life as much as I do. I guess it's kind of like when you go on a trip and everything is perfect and you get high on the experiences of seeing something new and exciting. You feel many different emotions that you can't harness all at once. Then you feel an urge to take a picture so you can pass the same feeling to another person. But when you develop the picture, it's just a plain boring picture that is so inannimate. I want someone to be there with me so they can feel and enjoy the same thing at the same time. I hope that didn't sound totally corny. I guess I'll stop now. I don't want to ramble on and on and bore you with more corny descriptions. I hope to hear from you soon.
First Date
Here's my idea for a good first date. I would like to have you meet me at the Highland Tap, a wonderful steakhouse in Atlanta Highlands. We'd meet and try to get over the nerves and I would freak out wondering if you like me or not or if you were attracted to me. I'd probably stutter a little and fumble around a lot but eventually I'd get over it. Then we'd sit in my favorite booth in the corner and have one of their awesome martinis. By that point you would see that I'm an allright guy and you wouldn't be so nervous either. Then I'd try too hard to be funny and you would give me some laughs out of pity. Hopefully conversation would stay strong the whole night and after enjoying a great dinner(compliments of me, cause I'm old fashioned like that) we would part ways but be too excited to see each other again.
